PROGRAM OVERVIEW
As a viticulture and vinification technician, you are a key member of the winery team with the expertise required to develop, plant and maintain a commercial vineyard and manage daily operations.
This 10-week (300hrs) training program prepares you for entry-level careers in the wine industry. You will develop the following core skill areas considered to be essential for viticulture and vinification technicians.
