Our programs are designed for disadvantaged individuals, including minorities, new immigrants, prisoners, and those with mental or physical challenges. We assess eligibility based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, employment history, socioeconomic status, and the specific barriers an individual faces in gaining employment. 

Many of our programs are offered at no cost to eligible participants, thanks to funding from government grants and our partnership with philanthropic organizations. Some specialized programs may have a fee, but financial assistance or subsidies are available for qualifying individuals.

Industry Ready has partnerships with a wide range of employers across various sectors, including technology, healthcare, construction, and hospitality. The specific opportunities available to you will depend on the program you complete, your interests, and the current market demand. Our goal is to match you with employment opportunities that align with your newly acquired skills and career aspirations.
