Our assessment process measures your essential skills such as reading comprehension, math, and ability to use documents through a series of multiple choice questions. The results of the assessment determines if one of our programs is suited to your competencies.
If eligible, you can be placed in one of our training pathways that help you gain the technical trade skills and certificates needed to fill jobs openings.
Our skills candidate program process consist of four simple steps, they are:
If you are eligible, a program manager will interview you.
You will complete a simple multiple-choice test on reading, math, and using documents.
Candidates are trained by our training provider The Northwest Skills Institute.
Graduates hit the floor and start contributing to the company.
