faq

Our programs are designed for disadvantaged individuals, including minorities, new immigrants, prisoners, and those with mental or physical challenges. We assess eligibility based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, employment history, socioeconomic status, and the specific barriers an individual faces in gaining employment.

Many of our programs are offered at no cost to eligible participants, thanks to funding from government grants and our partnership with philanthropic organizations. Some specialized programs may have a fee, but financial assistance or subsidies are available for qualifying individuals.

Industry Ready has partnerships with a wide range of employers across various sectors, including technology, healthcare, construction, and hospitality. The specific opportunities available to you will depend on the program you complete, your interests, and the current market demand. Our goal is to match you with employment opportunities that align with your newly acquired skills and career aspirations.

We are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible environment for all participants. This includes offering tailored support services, such as personalized training plans, assistive technologies, and accommodations for both training and employment settings. Our team works closely with participants to understand their unique needs and ensure they have the necessary support to succeed.

Yes, participants are welcome to enroll in multiple programs if they meet the eligibility criteria for each program and if doing so aligns with their career goals. Our consultants can help you plan a learning path that maximizes your skill development and employment prospects.
